Batley Town Hall Mrs. P. Holden This different form of exercise improves good balance, posture and concentration. The fluid movement is ideal for most people of our age. Loose clothing and gym type shoes necessary.

(W1) Walking Group 2nd and 4th Tuesday in month Co-ordinator: Mr R Holdsworth Mrs C Ashton Interesting and beautiful walks in the area. This is a very pleasant and happy group, who walk at a steady pace. These walks are generally the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. People walk at their own risk. are in Dewsbury on Dec 10th 10.30am the Dialect class are doing a presentation
at the Library and 5/6 other classes will have displays. This is part of a
