and relaxation. Its fluid movement
enhance muscular strength, flexibility and stamina.
It promotes good balance, posture and mental health. Tai chi is a suitable exercise for any age.

Sequence dancing with a caller, ideal for short memories. Beginners welcome.

Plenty of fun as well as a good exercise so come along. You do not need to be an expert. A game of doubles can provide lots of surprises and a good laugh.
